Go to the webpage your organisation uses to access Kitman Labs. This is normally in the form of organization.injuryprofiler.com.

From here, you should click the Forgot Password? link that is highlighted in the image below.

Reset your password using your email.

Remain on the email tab and enter the relevant email address into the box.

Click the Send Link button.

If the email matches the records in the system, you will be sent an email to reset your password. Click the Reset password button.

The link will open your browser and take you to a page where you can reset your password. You should enter your new password and re-enter the same password in the Confirm password box. When you have done this, click the Save password button.

You will receive a message advising that your password has been successfully changed.
