Activation Email

I can't find my activation email, what should I do?

There are a number of reasons why you cannot find your activation email, try these common solutions:

  1. Search for emails from notifications@kitmanlabs.com which is the address we send all of account related emails from.

  2. Check you spam folder as it's possible it may have been put here by your email service. If you do find the email has been sent to spam, please mark the email as "not spam" if this is possible.

  3. Try resending the activation email following this guide.

Can the activation email be resent to me?

Yes, simply follow this instructions in this article.

For security reasons, the links in the activation emails are only valid for 24 hours, after this they expire and you need to request a new activation email. You can request a this by following these instructions.

Why won't the activation email resend to me?

This is probably because the email address entered for your account in the system is incorrect. Please reach out to your Kitman Labs administrator or you can contact our support team via email at support@kitmanlabs.com.

How do I know an email is really from Kitman Labs?

To protect the integrity of our emails we "sign" every one to ensure they are delivered successfully and you can trust they are from Kitman Labs. Here a quick guide on how to check whether an email that claims to be from Kitman Labs really is from us:

Accessing the System

Where do I go to sign in to Kitman Labs?

You can find the web address your organization uses to sign in to Kitman Labs in the activation email you received when your account was first created. The web address is in the format of organization.injuryprofiler.com.

What is my username?

Your username can be found on the confirmation email that was sent to you when your account was first created in the system.

What are the rules for setting passwords?

There are number of simple rules that you password must follow in Kitman Labs:

✅ be at least 8 characters long

❌ not include your first name or last name

❌ not include your username

❌ not include your organization name

❌ not include the text "Kitman" or "Labs"

✅ conform to any additional requirements set by your organization
