When your Kitman Labs account is added, you are sent an email to activate it. For your security, this link expires after 72 hours.
If you click the link after the 72 hours have passed, you will need to request a new account activation email to continue. This is a quick and easy process you can do yourself by following these instructions.
Request a new account activation email
Go to the webpage your organisation uses to access Kitman Labs. This is normally in the form of organization.injuryprofiler.com.
Click on the "Resend activation email" link, as highlighted in the image below.
Enter the email address connected to your Kitman Labs account.
If this email address exists in the system, you will be sent a new activation email.
